Ken Patterson, associate broker at J.P. Weigand’s Commercial and Belle Plaine branches, has been a licensed REALTOR since 1978. From 1982-1988 he owned his own auction business and today he not only works as a full-time auctioneer, but also holds a real estate license in both Kansas and Oklahoma.
