In a move to enhance dealer support, CNH Industrial has rolled out its new artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chatbot, the CNH AI Tech Assistant, which is already providing instant customer service to agriculture and construction equipment dealers across North America, Australia and New Zealand.

With plans for global expansion, this groundbreaking tool is reshaping how technicians and customers interact.

The CNH AI Tech Assistant leverages AI to simulate conversations, offering quick, accurate diagnoses and repair plans for CNH machines.

Developed in collaboration with dealer feedback, the tool streamlines the process of troubleshooting and servicing equipment, helping technicians find solutions faster.

By improving response times and accuracy, the tool is significantly reducing repair time and increasing efficiency in the field.
