E-Tip Stops Diesel Gelling With Fuel Storage Tank Filter Preheater™

Cold weather impacts operations in many ways. Gelling of diesel fuel plugs up fuel filters and stops engines. The diesel fuel filter is the most common cause stopping fuel flow. The Universal Bulk Tank Filter Preheater was designed to prevent gelling in this vital filter and enable continuous refueling of vehicles and equipment without additives or blended fuel.

The Bulk Tank Filter Preheater 120v warms the fuel as it passes through eliminating the gelling. The thermostat controls the temperature to prevent gelling and maintaining the temperature even in continuous flow. There is no longer a delay in fueling because of a plugged filter from gelling. This preheater fits filters that are 4” in diameter x 10” tall. The preheater is held in place by three springs and nylon ties, and is easy to install and remove.
