Quality

The Meridian Fuel Trailer has a frame constructed of structural rectangle steel tubing. The fuel tank is bolted to the frame eliminating cracked or broken welds, as there are no welds at the critical flex points. The tank and cowling are constructed of 10-gauage material where all seams are double welded.

Meridian Fuel Trailers feature a premium powder coat finish, which creates a superior paint adhesion and ensures a long lasting life for each product.

Features

Features of the Meridian Fuel Trailer include a streamline and low profile design, which makes it easy to pull due to a low center of gravity. A tandem axle trailer design equipped with electric brakes.

All fuel trailer models have two large doors to allow maximum access to the cowling area. The cowling area totals 65 cubic feet and is the industries largest. A 25 gallon per minute fill right DC pump. A 35 foot self-retracting hose reel with a high flow auto nozzle. LED interior lighting. Each trailer is available in five different powder coat colors.

Other available options include:

• 50 foot self-retracting hose reel.
• DEF system with a 12 gallon per minute pump and a 25-foot self-retracting hose reel. Available at 55 gallon and 110 gallon assemblies.

Double Wall Fuel Tanks

Meridian’s ULC approved fuel tanks feature the same design, strength, and quality standards that all Meridian built products have become known for. These double walled, 100% containment tanks are ideal for a variety of liquid products, preventing costly leaks, and providing environmentally safe storage.

Whether you are a farmer concerned about soil contamination or a logistics manager in the petroleum or mining industry, there is a Meridian double wall tank to meet your needs. Accessories include: steel skid base, light and heavy duty hose retractors, drip pot (not all models), stand pump package, and bottom fill system.

Augers

Built with high-quality parts and industry-leading manufacturing techniques for over 65 years, Meridian’s heavy-duty augers move more grain faster, quieter, and smoother. Meridian manufacturers a conventional auger and swing away auger. While reaching some of the highest, and lowest, heights in the industry, both options are designed with features that farmers need to run their operation smoothly.

Conveyors

Meridian conveyors come equipped with a cross cleated belt, designed to handle your produce more gently, virtually eliminating cleat “vacuum” at the discharge end. The conveyors also feature a spring loaded stainless steel tension system positioned before the discharge, keeping the new cross cleated belt running smooth and in place. Meridian conveyors have a no-spill and easy clean out bottom, which nearly eliminates the chance of cross contamination.
