Holcomb Scraper Inc. Adds New Model to Lineup

Holcomb Scraper Inc. has added a new product, the 1400DM-LGP, to its agricultural and industrial scraper lineup. This new model boasts a 14 cubic yard capacity with a direct mount ejector design, making it ideal for soft ground conditions. The scraper features a 9-foot cut and large 23.5-inch by 25-inch rear tires, enhancing its performance by improving traction, especially in challenging environments.

One of the key innovations in the model is Holcomb's new AG 360 Hitch, which allows easy direct hitching using a tractor’s existing CAT 4 or CAT 5 agricultural drawbar. For more demanding construction or continuous heavy use, customers can opt for the Holcomb Model 20 yoke-type scraper hitch. Additionally, forward-placed router bits are designed to keep material in place during loading and enhance spreading during the unloading cycle.

The 1400DM-LGP also offers versatility in hydraulic control, with the option of a synchronizing valve that ties the gate and ejector functions to two hydraulic remotes or a 3-circuit option for independent control. This new addition is expected to appeal to both farmers and industrial users looking for efficient, high-performance scrapers designed to operate under low ground pressure conditions.
