KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA, Inc., launched Flow+, a new hydraulic performance technology for its compact construction equipment lineup. The system is now available on KIOTI’s Flow+ Compact Track Loaders (TL750) and Skid Steer Loaders (SL750).

Flow+ enhances hydraulic capabilities for operators requiring more power than standard flow systems, without the additional cost or fuel consumption associated with full high-flow options.

“At KIOTI, we’re committed to developing solutions that maximize the performance of our equipment,” said Justin Moe, product manager – compact construction at KIOTI. “Flow+ bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems, providing operators with the hydraulic power needed to handle more demanding tasks, while improving engine functionality, fuel savings and overall versatility.”

Designed for light to medium-duty hydraulic attachments, Flow+ allows operators to run tools such as rotary cutters, trenchers and snow blowers while continuing to support standard-flow attachments for everyday work.

The system increases power over standard flow setups while reducing heat and wear compared to high-flow systems. It also improves productivity by enabling faster attachment changes and reducing job-site downtime. According to the company, optimized hydraulic power management helps conserve fuel and extend operational hours.

Flow+ features a five-port coupler block, dedicated Flow+ tube lines and valve and an added gear pump to ensure efficient hydraulic operation. The system expands equipment versatility, allowing compact loaders to handle a wide range of job-site applications.

The Flow+ models deliver a hydraulic flow of 34.0 gallons per minute at 2,900 psi (200 bar) with 65.70 horsepower (46 kW). By comparison, the standard models operate at 21.9 gallons per minute  at 3,335 psi (230 bar) with 41.80 horsepower (31.10 kW). The increased hydraulic flow and horsepower in the Flow+ models offer enhanced attachment performance, operational efficiency and capability for more intensive applications.
