KIOTI Tractor Names New Sales Leadership for North America
KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA Inc., has announced two key leadership appointments aimed at accelerating its North American growth strategy. Don Lowe has been named vice president of North American sales, and Tim Phillips has been promoted to vice president of sales operations.
Lowe brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, dealer development, and strategic growth in the agricultural and compact construction equipment sectors. In his new role, he will oversee KIOTI’s market expansion strategy, working closely with the sales team to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and strengthen the brand’s position across its product lines, including tractors, utility vehicles, compact construction equipment, and zero-turn mowers.
Prior to joining KIOTI, Lowe held leadership roles at Kubota Tractor Corporation, where he managed national sales teams, dealer programs, and strategic initiatives that expanded market share and customer reach.

Phillips has been with KIOTI since 2003 and has held multiple positions, including territory manager, eastern regional manager, and national sales manager. He played a key role in launching new product segments, including zero-turn mowers in 2019 and compact construction equipment in 2023. He also led the implementation of KIOTI’s sales and operations planning process and contributed to dealer network expansion.
In his new role, Phillips will oversee sales operations, market intelligence, marketing, and inside sales, focusing on operational efficiency and continued growth across North America.
