Kubota Names Stephen Barcuch Executive Director of Sales

Kubota Tractor Corporation has promoted Stephen Barcuch to executive director of sales.

In his new role, effective Feb. 17, 2025, Barcuch will oversee Kubota’s annual sales strategy and dealer development operations.

Barcuch has been with Kubota for 12 years, previously serving as senior director of the company’s Central Division. His experience includes corporate and field roles, such as product marketing director for compact, utility and agricultural equipment, as well as district manager.

“Steve’s diverse experience makes him the perfect choice to lead Kubota’s divisional sales teams and dealer development efforts,” Alex Woods, senior vice president of sales, supply chain and product support said.

“His dedication and leadership have greatly contributed to our success, and I’m confident he will continue to drive our teams forward.”

Before joining Kubota, Barcuch spent 16 years in sales and product management roles at AGCO Corporation.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from American Intercontinental University and earned the Roberto C. Goizueta leadership certificate from Emory Executive Education.
