North American Assembly Plant for LEXION Combines Receives ISO 9001 Certification

From day one, the CLAAS assembly plant for LEXION combines was designed to meet the very highest quality standards. CLAAS of America’s mission has been to build the best combines in the world while creating more good jobs in North America. ISO 9001 certification is considered an important milestone in the company’s mission.

Coming off of a record-setting production year and ISO certification, CLAAS employees took a brief break to celebrate their accomplishments. Then it was back to work. The harvest-yellow and black LEXION combines assembled in the Omaha, Neb. plant are truly unique to North America. “Our color scheme reflects our history as a manufacturer under the CAT brand and it also signals features and content found only in North America,” said John Schofield, North American Marketing Coordinator.
