Topcon Agriculture Introduces Affordable Precision Steering Solution for Small- and Medium-Sized Farms
Topcon Agriculture has launched its new Value Line Steering solution, a groundbreaking move to bring advanced autosteering technology, typically reserved for larger agricultural machinery, to small- and medium-sized farms. The innovative offering is tailored to farmers using mid-range tractors, providing them with access to precision farming tools at an affordable price.

“With the Value Line, we are opening up opportunities for farmers who have older or smaller machinery, or smaller specialty farms, to boost the value of their machinery, with autosteering technology that is based on our proven premium steering technology used for decades on larger machines. It is an integrated system designed to seamlessly work with a variety of tractors, including compliance with ISOBUS-UT functionality to offer universal compatibility and ease of use," Marzia said.

The Value Line Steering solution is designed to enhance older or smaller tractors, enabling farmers to upgrade their equipment with autosteering capabilities typically found in premium systems.
The integrated package includes a Global Navigation Satellite System receiver, an electric steering wheel controller, a touchscreen consol and Horizon Lite software. It is compatible with front-wheel-steer tractors and works seamlessly with a variety of tractor brands, offering ISOBUS-UT functionality for universal compatibility.
Farmers can further enhance precision by adding correction services such as Topcon’s Topnet Live, with options for local, satellite, or Real-Time Kinematic correction based on individual needs. The adoption of autosteering helps optimize the use of resources like seeds, fertilizer and fuel, reducing input costs and increasing overall efficiency. This technology not only improves farm profitability but also promotes sustainable farming practices through more accurate field operations, leading to improved crop yields.
